Wellness Assessment

This Personal Wellness Assessment can be used to identify how effectively we are living into the various methods of self-care presented under each of the 8 dimensions of wellness. These dimensions include Emotional, Spiritual, Physical, Social, Financial, Occupational, Intellectual, and Environmental wellness. At the end of the assessment, a list of on campus resources will be provided corresponding with each domain. ÃÞ»¨ÌÇÖ±²¥ are encouraged to utilize this list to better their own individual wellness in the areas that have lower scores.
For more information, a wellness consultation can be scheduled with the counseling center. This assessment is not a diagnostic tool and should not be used as such.
